neatness

I just stumbled on this and thought it was a worth linking here - it's a good example of how to make a gradient background not look retarded:

    However I'm not sure by what you mean by a grradiant pattern that works and is not retarted. The gradiant here is good colours and all, but it's like the simplest gradent you can get. It doesn't discribe the background at all... Plus it's really static. I donno man, what are you getting at?
